Dispatch Information

All of our products are prepared and dispatched from our offices in the UK, we aim to dispatch your product within 3 working days.




Delivery Information

All of our products are shipped using Royal Mail from the United Kingdom.

Delivery to the UK is shipped via 2nd Class Mail, in 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery to Europe is shipped via International Standard, in 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery to the rest of the world is shipped via International Standard, in 5 to 7 working days.


All delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays that are made once the product has been shipped.



Returns & Refund Information

We base our returns & refund policy on each individual sale. Returns will only be valid if the product is returned in original condition, with labels attached. Refunds will be at the discretion of Home Clothing & LIGHT. Customers will need to cover the cost of returning any item unless otherwise stated by Home Clothing.



Checkout & Payment

All checkout processes are made through Ecwid, which hosts our online store. Customers will need to make an Ecwid account to make any purchases, this will require valid email address, where all purchase information will be sent. Payments are made securely through PayPal.

Size & fit

Each product fit is different, depending on the style of the product. Each product is detailed on the individual page, to try and give a good idea of the fit.




Unexpected Error or Delay

Although we endeavour to keep our site up to date, there may be times where our website unexpectedly allows you to order a product that is unavailable. Please ensure you provide a current and valid email when purchasing to allow us to contact you in this case. If no contact can be made, a full refund will be given.

At Home Clothing, all of our products are custom made to spec by our partner/ supplier in Hungary.
